Do I need a gym membership to train with you?
No, you don’t. I can come to your home and bring equipment, meet you at a park or the beach, or work with you online. If you prefer a local gym, that’s an option too—and you won’t need a membership.
How does the free consultation work?
It’s a simple 20-minute call, either by phone or online. We’ll talk about your goals, your health history, and your lifestyle so I can suggest the best place to start.
What kind of equipment do I need at home?
You don’t need to buy anything. I bring portable equipment like weights, bands, and a stepper. If you already have equipment you like, we can use that too.
Are your programs just for seniors?
Not at all. While I often work with clients 40 and older, I have experience training all ages and abilities. Everything is customized to where you are right now.
Can I pick more than one service?
Yes, Services are offered individually, but each session is customized. That means if you’re focused on personal training, we can still adjust to include elements like brain health or mobility if it benefits you.
Do you work with beginners?
Absolutely. Many of my clients are starting fresh after years away from exercise. I’ll meet you at your current level and guide you step by step so you feel safe and confident.
